Self-reflection is about looking at things from another point of view. It’s finding the outsider perspective or choosing to be the unprejudiced observer of yourself or others. If I stand on a mountain top I get a broader perspective of what is in view. If other people stand on their summits I might see them but I can’t see the other side of their mountains . Using this picture as a symbol, it becomes obvious that I can never see everything that is going on for them. I can only imagine the details. A simple picture like this can remind me not to judge others.
